Award winning agent

On Friday 22nd October, I attended Bath Property Awards as a finalist in two categories. It was a wonderful day out meeting lots of established businesses in the industry and networking. I was absolutely blown away to have my day topped off by winning the Property Agent award for 2021. This is what the lovely judges had to say:

“What a launch year for this new agent! Over 60 properties listed and strong commission fees generated, three times initial projections. An inspiration for business growth.”

The day of the awards was also my anniversary for 1 year in business making this award even more special to me. I cannot even begin to thank everyone for their support this past year and thank you for putting your confidence in me.

I am so grateful for the support from now over 70 clients who have asked me to handle selling their homes. After 1 year, I have sold (SSTC) just under 18 million pounds worth of property, and on average achieved 101% of the asking price.
