From the very start they were very professional with good advice on how we should market our property and the value we should expect. Based on this good start we listed our property with them and were not disappointed. Their marketing of our home was very accurate and the video that accompanied the online pictures was excellent and added a further useful dimension to the promotion of the house. They worked really hard on our behalf, managed every viewing and provided prompt and constructive feedback. Once we had a suitable buyer Nicola took over and drove the process to exchange through all the complexities and usual hurdles that a chain presents. Naively, we initially listed our house with a “cheaper”…From the moment we met Jaine, we were impressed by her honest and realistic approach. Naively, we initially listed our house with a “cheaper” agent. It soon became apparent that this agent was doing very little other than listing the property on Rightmove, and didn’t have a clear marketing strategy to actually get our house sold. At this point, we approached Jaine again, and she had our house listed in no time. We immediately felt like we were in safe, professional and proactive hands with Jaine and her team. Jaine and Hetty led proceedable viewings and provided very prompt feedback after each one. We soon received an offer and were handed over to Nicola, who handles sales progression. Again, Nicola was super efficient and made the process straightforward, but above all, she was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend Jaine and her team more—they truly are property experts. They’ll be honest that they’re not the cheapest, but in reality, the tiny percentage difference you pay will pay dividends in the end. Whitfields are certainly worth that little bit extra.
