Naively, we initially listed our house with a “cheaper” agent. It soon became apparent that this agent was doing very little other than listing the property on Rightmove, and didn’t have a clear marketing strategy to actually get our house sold.
At this point, we approached Jaine again, and she had our house listed in no time. We immediately felt like we were in safe, professional and proactive hands with Jaine and her team. Jaine and Hetty led proceedable viewings and provided very prompt feedback after each one.
We soon received an offer and were handed over to Nicola, who handles sales progression. Again, Nicola was super efficient and made the process straightforward, but above all, she was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner.
I couldn’t recommend Jaine and her team more—they truly are property experts. They’ll be honest that they’re not the cheapest, but in reality, the tiny percentage difference you pay will pay dividends in the end. Whitfields are certainly worth that little bit extra.

This weekend, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June, Middlewick House Open Garden takes place.
This superb event is a fundraiser for local charities the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust and the Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity.
However, considerable traffic and delays are to be expected in and around Corsham over the weekend, particularly at the Hare & Hounds roundabout and along Pickwick.
Following feedback from last year's event, parking tickets for all cars must be booked in advance, so DON'T just turn up in your car and expect to get in.... you won't!
Pedestrian tickets are still available and can be bought on the day.
